Alcoa, Tenn. – In celebration of Alcoa Tennessee Operations centennial anniversary, the location has released a 100-year timeline of the history of the plant.  With this timeline, you can explore significant milestones of the company’s 100 years of smelting, fabrication and recycling aluminum in East Tennessee.

“While we’ve worked hard to capture important pieces of the company’s history, we know there are more stories to be told,” said Christy Newman, Alcoa Tennessee Operations Community Relations Manager.

“We ask that community members help us fill in the blanks on significant details we might have missed. We are looking for photos, newspaper articles, location newsletters, memorabilia and other items to complete our collection,” Newman said

Please review the Alcoa wish list at the website below and see if you can help make our anniversary even more spectacular. To access the 100 year timeline, please visit www.Alcoa.com/Tennessee100.
