The Board of Directors of CBBC Bank and Twin Cities Financial Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Mike Baker has been promoted to CEO, taking over the helm from retiring CEO Gaynell Lawson, effective December 31, 2017.  Baker, who joined CBBC Bank in 2015, also serves as the bank’s President. 


“It’s been an honor and a privilege to have served with Gaynell,” said Baker, who is also a member of the bank’s board of directors.  “I’m excited about this new role and look forward to continuing the bank’s success we’ve had under Gaynell’s leadership,” he added. 


Baker is a native East Tennessean who is actively involved in the community.  He has served on several local Boards, including the Blount County Chamber, United Way, Maryville City Schools Foundation, and the Roane State Community College Foundation.
