MARYVILLE, Tenn. – The ownership and management of Empire Construction, Dominion Development, and Clover Hill Senior Living gathered on June 10, 2015 at the Clover Hill construction site to pray and covenant with God to honor Him throughout all phases of building, developing, and serving at the site. Clover Hill Senior Living will employ approximately 30 individuals; construction began in late March 2015 and is expected to be completed in late fall 2015. The facility will have 40 rooms and 60 total beds. The campus will be located at 2317 Highway 411 South in Maryville.
“We look forward to bringing our personalized, expert memory care services to the area, and we know that we’ll have a positive impact on the lives of many seniors and their families,” said Mark Taylor, president of Clover Hill Senior Living. “Every detail, activity and amenity in the community will be chosen to create a safe, friendly and peaceful environment where relationships can be built among residents and staff. Our goal is to make each day meaningful by enriching the lives of our residents and their families, offering a true sense of purpose and understanding.”
The bucolic, serene surroundings of Clover Hill Senior Living will echo the natural beauty of Blount County. Gardens will be landscaped with native blooming plants such as dogwoods and hydrangea. The new Maryville community will offer four floor plans, all with complimentary electrical and gas utilities.
Amenities offered to all residents will include dedicated and trained caregivers 24 hours a day, licensed nursing staff, emergency response system, medication management services, a wellness program, pharmacy services, beautician and barber services, housekeeping/linen/laundry services, full time maintenance staff and much more.
The campus also will offer technology and special programming specially designed to assist those with various memory impairments such as Alzheimer’s and Dementias.
The philosophy at Clover Hill is that memorable dining with home-style cooking helps make meals a convivial social event. Also, the community employs only trained chefs with the experience to provide the best dining options for residents. Most unique is its all-inclusive monthly rate structure, which provides an affordable option that cuts out the instability that level- and point-based pricing methods can create.
