The Dancing Bean Coffee House today announced the purchase of its exciting new Bellwether Coffee Roaster, makers of the first of its kind-zero emissions, internet-connected roaster. The Bellwether is the world’s first recirculating roaster that has the technology to remove particulates and volatile organic compounds in real-time which reduces
the carbon footprint of the average roaster by over 90%. The Dancing Bean coffee house can
now provide their own freshly roasted and delicious coffee while making sustainability a major priority for Townsend, Blount County, and ultimately the world!
