Logistics consulting firm DVG Consultants, Inc. is a diversified supplier, and it has the certifications to prove it.

Headquartered in East Tennessee, DVG Consultants, Inc., announced that it received three new certifications, which include being named a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), a Woman Owned Business by the State of Tennessee Governor’s Office of Diversity Business Enterprise, and a Historically Underutilized Business Zone (HUBZone) small business concern by the U.S. Small Business Administration.

To be awarded these certifications, the company must meet stringent criteria and in-depth review of its business, including that 51% of the business must be owned, operated, and controlled by women. The business must register and maintain this status on the federal System for Award Management (SAM.gov). These certifications show corporations and government agencies that the company is credibly established and ready to participate in supplier diversity programs.

Achieving these certifications allows DVG Consultants, Inc., to continue to grow as an emerging, distinguished, reputable leader in the freight industry.

Having founded DVG Consultants, Inc., over six years ago, President and Owner Davette Palm Gregory said of the accolades, “These certifications will now allow our company to help our clients meet their supplier diversity initiatives.”

With over 22 years of freight industry experience, Gregory says she knows the business very well, and more importantly, she has come to know and anticipate her clients’ needs.
