First Tennessee Bank and Pinnacle Financial Partners are pleased to announce that they have resolved the dispute that led to a lawsuit. Terry Turner, CEO of Pinnacle, stated, “I deeply regret that this came about and that anything we did may have caused it.” There will be no further comment from either bank.
