Funderburk Electrical Services (FES) has hired Andrew Newton as its Business Development Director.  This is the latest staff addition to the expanding electrical services company, which also recently acquired ACE Electric.

 

Newton comes to FES from Walters State Community College where he served as Assistant Director of Annual Giving.  Newton received a BS in education from the University of Tennessee and a master’s degree in sports business from East Tennessee State University.  

 

Jack Funderburk, who is President and CEO of the East Tennessee company, welcomed Newton, saying, “We are extremely pleased to have Andrew joining our team.” Funderburk added, “Andrew’s education and business background along with his strong ties to the Sevier and Knox County communities makes him a great fit for our business development efforts.”
