Maryville, Tenn. – In January, Hickory Construction, Inc. began renovating a 3,351-square foot building, which will be the location of Dr. Sarah Shanks’ new dentist office at 904 W. Broadway in Maryville (next to Maryville High School). Construction is expected for completion in April. Dr. Shanks was previously practicing with Dr. Hope Watson and will open her new practice once renovations are complete.
Hickory Construction will renovate a 1920’s building, which also happens to be the location of the first dental office in Maryville in the early 1900’s. The building is being gutted and updated with modern technology, neutral, relaxing finishes and plenty of natural light. The building’s existing brick exterior will remain, but Hickory is adding a new HardieShingle® siding.
Dr. Shanks chose Hickory for this project based on the company’s reputation for quality and schedule, and the company’s extensive experience building and renovating dental practices.
