KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – Leon Williams Contractors, LLC, a commercial construction company serving East Tennessee, has started construction on the new Commercial Bank in Maynardville, Tennessee A complete rebuild of the existing Commercial Bank structure, located at 2600 Maynardville Hwy, the new building will include an improved layout, making it more efficient for employees and customers.

During the construction process, a temporary structure has been built on the lot so Commercial Bank customers can still conduct business with the bank while the new bank is being built.
“Work is already underway on the new bank,” said Jimmy Hawkins, senior partner at Leon Williams Contractors. “We began the construction project in July, and plan to complete the project by Spring. As we finish this project, it’s our goal to help provide Commercial Bank a new building that will help them continue their success throughout the region for years to come.”
