Maribel Koella, CCIM, SIOR, CRE has been selected by the CCIM Institute to receive the 2014 Impact Award.
The Greater Knoxville Business Journal’s Editor Amy Nolan describes the Impact Award, saying it has “historically been awarded to developers who have had the greatest impact on commercial real estate in the past year.” Previous honorees include White Realty for the Dowell Springs Business Park; Budd Cullom, Jim Harrison and Mike McGuffin for Northshore Town Center and University Commons; and David Dewhirst for renovations of downtown Knoxville buildings to new commercial uses.
