MARYVILLE, Tenn. – Cherokee Millwright and Mechanical is pleased to announce the addition of Robyn Blair as vice president of human resources, safety, marketing and community relations.
Blair formerly served as manager of benefits, communications and general administration at DENSO Manufacturing Tennessee (DENSO). In her 18 years at DENSO, Blair performed in a variety of other capacities, including roles in associate relations, staffing, community relations and as DENSO’s diversity officer.
Prior to DENSO, Robyn worked with Randstad Staffing Services as a staffing consultant.

A graduate of Maryville High School, Blair attended East Tennessee State University where she obtained a B.S. in Business Administration (concentration in Human Resources). Blair has been and continues to be very active in community service, serving on many boards and committees, including Leadership Blount, Youth Leadership Blount, Maryville City Schools Foundation, United Way, Primary Players, Junior Service League, Blount County Chamber of Commerce and Wesley Day School.
Robyn is a 2006 graduate of Leadership Blount.
She and her husband of 15 years, David, have two daughters, Katelyn (13) and Ashley (10), both of whom attend Montgomery Ridge Intermediate School. Robyn and her family are members of the Blount Community Church.
