Pellissippi State Community College’s Business and Community Services is hosting a series of Professional Development seminars.
Succeeding as a Supervisor, the first in the series, builds skills and confidence by providing supervisors with specific tools and techniques they can implement “in the real world”. There will be time in class to develop a specific action plan and use these tools on the job.
Problem Solving, in this seminar participants learn a proven systematic process for defining problems, identifying the true cause of a problem and generating creative solutions.
