Describe what Hyperion Networks does. Hyperion Networks is an Managed IT Service provider. We help our clients managed their computer networks.
How did you get started? After years of working for a variety of IT companies, I saw a niche for highly technical staff working with smaller businesses.
What is your background? I have been in the IT field for almost 20 years, and have a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. I have done everything from help desk and technical sales, to Data Center design and security compliance.
Describe your customers. Our typical clients are 15-50 user networks. We do work with smaller and larger clients though.
What do you enjoy most about IT? I personally love technology, so running an IT company that helps it clients solve their IT problems is a passion of mine.
