The Downtown Maryville Association Presents The Maryville Uncorked Wine Tasting & Silent Auction

The Downtown Maryville Association announces preparations for their annual “Maryville Uncorked” Wine Tasting & Silent Auction to be held on Thursday, October 15 at Vienna Coffeehouse from 6-9 p.m. The much anticipated event will feature Cindi Alpert and The Corduroy Jazz Trio, heavy hors devours from local restaurant sponsors, a diverse assortment of wines and the introduction of selections from local wineries. Tickets will be available at Vienna Coffee Company and on the DMA website in September. The association is currently seeking sponsors for this event.

As in previous years, one highlight of the evening will be the Wine Grab in which participants donate $20, for which they choose a gift wrapped bottle of wine. Every bottle retails for at least the donation amount, but a selected number of bottles are coveted wines of a much higher value. The unveiling is done after the close of the event at 8pm.

Working closely with the City of Maryville, local business owners and interested citizens the Downtown Maryville Association has been proud to promote and preserve historic downtown Maryville for the benefit of all who live in Blount County. Monthly networking Membership Luncheons are held, featuring compelling speakers encouraging business growth and development.
