Y-12 Federal Credit Union Employees volunteer at Second Harvest Food Bank

In recognition of National Volunteer Week a team of Y-12 Federal Credit Union employees spent time helping pack food at Second Harvest Food Bank located in Maryville, Tennessee.

 

During a three hour time period the team of 14 employees packed 8,424 pounds of food which will feed over 7,000 people. The mission of Y12-FCU is to be a financially sound institution making a positive difference in our members’ financial lives and the communities in which they live.  Y-12 FCU and their employees will continue to seek ways to serve and to model the Credit union philosophy of “people helping people.”
